Redesigning the student experience

I am currently working on iCampus - a product used by 50,000+ students. My responsibilities are:

• Creating and implementing a design system using Figma to reduce time spent in development and QA sprints.

• Leading the visual redesign of the digital product to modernize, thereby meeting business goals and user needs.

• Leading the design of multiple features, some that have already reduced support and student advising call volume by 80% for military students.
